  1. Generalities:

    By using the services of this website, as well as by making purchases on the AD INVERSIONES EN MODA S.A.S website, it implies acceptance of the terms and conditions herein.   2. Capacity:

    The services offered on this website are aimed at people who have the legal capacity to comply with a contract.

    By clicking on the "I accept the terms and conditions" button or on the "Register" button when creating a new account, the user accepts and confirms that they are over 18 years of age and also that all the information provided to AD SOULMATES is true. In any case, the user will be responsible for any false or suspicious statement that may cause damage and/or harm to AD SOULMATES or to third parties involved in the provision of services by AD SOULMATES.

    It is mandatory to complete the information required in all the fields of the registration and purchase forms in an exact, precise and truthful manner, while assuming the commitment to keep this information updated.

  3. Purchase System:

    All purchases made through this website will be subject to identity verification, which may take up to 3 business days; verification carried out for the safety of both the client and AD SOULMATES.

    The shipping time of the products will depend on the payment method chosen and the location where the customer is located. This may take between 1 business day and 8 business days.

    The products in promotion or discounted price will not have change.

    When purchases are made by the client on the AD SOULMATES website, the client implicitly, freely and voluntarily accepts, making the payment of the obligations acquired on the established dates and authorizes AD SOULMATES to send email messages containing related information. with payments and purchases:

    • The client accepts the sending of payment confirmations electronically, thus exempting AD SOULMATES from making said shipment physically.
    • All payment confirmations issued by AD SOULMATES comply with the requirements established by the DIAN, so any claim or request must be processed through its assigned commercial executive
    • The client acknowledges and accepts that it is his/her responsibility to have an active email service to receive all the information that will be sent electronically for this purpose.
    • For legal purposes, the receipt or reading of the information sent via email will be understood as acceptance and understanding.
  4. Information Privacy:

    To make use of AD SOULMATES services, the user must provide certain personal information. This information is processed and stored on AD SOULMATES' own servers, which have high security standards.

  5. Sales and Shipping:

    AD SOULMATES will inform the client in case of not having enough inventory to provide the client with the previously paid products. In this case, the customer will be contacted to exchange the product or a full refund of the money paid will be made, which may take between 7 and 30 business days.

    In the pay-on-delivery modality, the anticipated collection of the shipment of the products will be made and the surplus will be paid at the time of delivery. Once the payment for the shipment has been made and confirmed, AD SOULMATES will proceed to make the shipment.

    With the other payment methods, the shipment will be made once the payment is confirmed. The confirmation of the payment and therefore the delivery of the products to the shipping company, can take from one (1) to five (5) business days.

  6. Performance Guarantee:

    In the event that AD SOULMATES makes an erroneous shipment of a product, or the product has quality defects, we will make a change of the product but no shipping costs are assumed for the change. The cost of the first shipment is not refundable since it is assumed by AD SOULMATES. To make the change effective, the client must send the defective product to an address provided by AD SOULMATES so that it can be evaluated and it can be determined if the product applies or not for a change of garment.

    • Payment return conditions
      Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
      1. When there is an erroneous size, color or model requirement by the customer.
      2. Once the receipt of shipment of the product is received and signed and the product has been verified.
      3. Products that have been used or altered by the customer.
      4. After the expiration of the guarantee.
      5. The products in promotion or discounted price will not be changed.
      6. Products with more than 2 business days of delivery.
      7. When the garment has been mishandled during use or washing by the client.

      AD SOULMATES makes changes up to a maximum of 30 days after the purchase is made, and returns up to a maximum of 15 days after receiving your purchase.

      To make an exchange or return you must do the following steps:

      • You must send an email with the return request to [email protected] or WhatsApp +57 314 518 4320 with the order number, the reference to return and the reason. Our team will respond to you within 2 business days (not counting the day you submit your request).
      • Once the return is approved, the product must be sent in the state in which it was received with its original bag and without any use.
      • Once the product is received, the new product will be shipped.
      • The shipping cost in case of change is borne by the customer, products that have a discount label do not apply for changes.
      • The shipping cost in case of guarantee is assumed by AD SOULMATES.
  7. Completeness of the general conditions:

    These general conditions and all privacy policies and legal information contained in this document constitute the express and sole relationship between AD INVERSIONES EN MODA S.A.S and the client.
